Passwords are case sensitive. Meaning that if the password includes capital letters then those letters need to be capitalized when entering the password. If the password is Memories You cannot enter: memories MEMORIES mEmories Memories_ (_represents a space) etc Anything other than entering Memories will fail.

When access is given to save/download pictures a download icon will appear in the album. Otherwise you will not be able to save/download. You may have the option of downloading all or downloading one photo at a time. Please note that these options may differ depending on what device you are on. Currently, while on a computer you are able to download all or one photo at a time. Unfortunately, at the moment on mobile(cell phone) you only have the option to download all pictures. WARNING!!! If you click the download icon while using a mobile device it will download every picture on that album’s page. . . . To Download One Picture At A Time: Place mouse over the photo you what to download. While the mouse hovers over the picture you will see the file name as well as the download icon. This download icon will appear at the bottom right. Click on the download icon Once clicked it will take you to the picture where right click is enabled. Right click then Click Save Image as 6. Select the destination on your computer and click Save . . . To Download All Photos: Click the download button. This option will download all the photos on the album’s page. On a Computer-This download icon appears at the bottom left of the album’s page. A Pop up will appear select Save file and the download will begin and save to your download folder on your computer. (Note: This step may appear different depending on which browsers you use)
